Our servicesWe took on the building automation (KG 480) for the new daycare center across all HOAI service phases. In addition to the integration of BACnet IP, KNX, Modbus and M-Bus were also incorporated to network different systems. A central management control unit enables convenient monitoring and control.

During the implementation phase, the focus was on realizing a consistent and future-proof building automation system. To this end, all technical systems were integrated into a central control concept that ensures simple operation and a high level of operational reliability.
Thanks to our detailed planning and close coordination with other trades, we were able to implement all requirements in the best possible way. The central management control unit allows efficient monitoring and control of all building services systems, both on site and remotely. In addition, the use of various communication protocols ensures a high degree of flexibility so that future expansions can also be easily integrated.
