The Gluckenstein school center in Bad Homburg was equipped with a future-proof building automation system to optimize energy consumption and facilitate operation.
Our servicesWe planned and implemented the entire building automation system for the Gluckenstein school center (KG 480). The connection to a modern control system was made via BACnet IP, KNX, Modbus and M-Bus, whereby all technical components were efficiently networked. A central management solution ensures optimum operability.

During implementation, care was taken to link all systems in such a way as to ensure trouble-free and economical operation. The central management control unit was designed to enable intuitive control of all relevant building functions.

The intelligent building automation system has not only significantly reduced energy consumption, but also improved the indoor climate. Teachers and pupils benefit from needs-based control that creates a pleasant learning environment. In addition, the central monitoring platform enables continuous optimization of energy use and ensures long-term cost savings.
