Consulting & development of a long-term project strategy

The first step in advising our client was to present the client's project idea. After clarifying the project goals, the technical feasibility at the planned location was assessed. After the basic cornerstones of the project had been defined and checked for plausibility, the further elaboration could begin.
For this purpose, we identified and approached potential hydrogen customers by means of a sales market analysis. These included companies that will include hydrogen vehicles in their fleets in the future as well as private individuals. Through the collected "letters of intent", the demand could be proven and guaranteed. 
The next step was to ensure the availability of green hydrogen. For this, we analysed the sales market and fixed the supply via LOIs.
The preparation of a project outline including technical key points and safety-relevant aspects was carried out in parallel and recorded in a project exposé together with the evidence for demand and supply.
This information was consequently included in the funding application, which was approved after examination by the Free State of Bavaria.

MSR-Innovations will take over the detailed planning of the filling station in the next project step.
